Space is still available!!!

The retreat is open to young women in grades 7 - 9 interested in learning more about relationships, romance and pure love. At least one adult for each group is expected to attend (no more than 10 girls per adult), and moms are more than welcome! Come as a big group or just a mother/daughter team. Teen and young adult women from The REAP Team will give testimony to the power and beauty of chastity and how only through pure love will true romance be revived in our world.

On September 1, 2007, REAP Chastity Educator and Full-Time Staff Member, Heather Gallagher, got married! She is now united to Michael Vento of Manchester, MO. They were wed at Holy Trinity Church in St. Ann, MO - the home base of The REAP Team. We are very excited for the happy couple - Michael and Heather Vento!

Jesus in the Plaza Concert

The Chris Shepherd Band (from Holy Trinity in St. Ann, and always at Crossroads) will be playing this Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at Kiener Plaza downtown. A bunch of Christians bands will be playing from 10 am to 7 pm. Their goal is to spend the whole day lifting up the name of Jesus in hopes that the people going to the ball games will stop and listen.

Go to the Apply section of our website to read about what it means to be a volunteer and what we're looking for in volunteers. Then, you can just start applying today. Applications are due on Tuesday, July 24, 2007.

The REAP Team just discovered that we are not the only Catholic ministry here in St. Louis that is podcasting. The Carmelite Community at the Carmel of St. Joseph in St. Louis have produced short meditations that range in length between 1.5 to 5 minutes which come directly from the treasury of writings of the great Carmelite Saints including St. Teresa of Avila, St. John of the Cross, St. Therese of Lisieux, and many more.
