Instructions for the REAP Team Application

There are two basic ways to fill out a REAP Application. 

Microsoft Word Application (includes email submission):

The Microsoft Word option obviously requires that your computer has Microsoft Word software.  With this option, you can download and save the attachment to your computer before filling out the form.  When you have completed the form, you can simply email the document, as an attachment, to paul@reapteam.org [1] There will be at least one other form you will need to directly mail into The REAP Team office, but the application can be submitted via email.  More detailed instructions are in the document.

MS Word Application [2]

Adobe PDF Application (submitted by mail only):

The PDF option requires that your computer have the program Adobe Reader.  You can open the following link and then print it off.  One page needs to be filled out by hand.  The other questions could be answered by hand-writing each or by typing them into a separate word processing document.  The application will be mailed together, with any other required forms, to The REAP Team office.  More detailed instructions are in the document.
