Paul Masek is the coordinator of The REAP Team, a Catholic youth retreat ministry which is a division of the Archdiocesan Office of Youth Ministry. He is married to Lisa, and they have four kids - Jacob, Audrey, Kyle, and Dominic. The Masek family are members of Holy Trinity Parish in St. Ann.

Gretchen Pacheco is the chastity eduator of The REAP Team. She is married to her latin hottie, Carlos and they live in St. Louis, MO and are members of St. Cecilia's Parish. Gretchen is crazy for baseball, dancing, the zoo and her nephew Dominick. She hopes to turn her love of extreme skipping into a professional career.

Rachel Allen is the newest addition to the REAP team staff, a recent graduate from Saint Louis University and passionate lover of Cardinals baseball, coffee dates, her ‘charming’ big-girl apartment, and travelling the world – although her huge extended family will ensure that St. Louis will always be her home base. She’s been a part of youth ministry with Incarnate Word parish in Chesterfield since her eighth grade retreat and wants to write the books they make you read in high school when she grows up.
